New Links Trade Shows and Events Services
¬Our new unit to provide services and components for trade show and exhibit and covers both planning and executing so that the exhibitor’s work is rationalized and simplified.
These units of planning and executing combine to substantially cover most management aspects of exhibiting and event development.
But the any single or collection of topics can be selected or expanded as unitary issues when the opportunity and need is evident to the client.
We believe that resources invested by exhibitors are best employed in finding and supporting major goals of these events rather than carrying assets with excess costs and committing staff to “mechanical” topics which are expeditiously addressed by experts.
These parts of the marketing matrix are a hybrid. Sound programs involve both marketing and sales themes – and goals. But because the
parties involved – the supplier and the end-user – are invited, by each other, “to the dance”, these tactics are clearly more suited for personal, face-to-face conferences, with highly influential and decisive key players, than most other steps in the selling process.
We stress that “meet and greet” is too shallow. We prefer the concept “meet and fall in love.” That is the purpose of the effort.
Our services are developed with your company – we don’t carry “canned” programs or scripts. We work with one person or 100 staff at one setting – and over time, if requested. Our professional fees are based on typical costs of a full-time employee, pro-rated for time and materials as required. Logistics and show service functions are priced below customary market rate.
Our main “elements of attack” are shown on the following page. We bring 35 years experience in sales and marketing management, including concentration in the public arena and exhibition.
Goals: We expect satisfied clients (our only kind) to report that our work
”sorted thru the fluff, helped find concentration and value, and simplified the execution to the benefit of our staff and company overall.”
